Q What is your geographic coverage area?
A We are based in Rhode Island. We do service nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are willing to travel upon request. Call for details.
Q How soon will my virtual tour or floor plan be ready?
A All tours are available on the next business day. We automatically post your tour to State-Wide MLS & RI Living. Automated post to CT MLS & MLSPIN is also available at no additional charge.
Just furnish us with the appropriate MLS numbers. Access codes necessary for CT MLS and MLSPIN.
Q How many images (virtual and still) can be included in each tour?
A A virtual tour is comprised of 4 360” panoramic scenes and up to 35 still photos. Virtual tours can be expanded to hold up to 15 360” panoramas. Slide Shows hold 35 still photos. Photo only packages provide you with up to 25 quality images.
Q Can you post the tour to Realtor.com?
A Yes! Authorized by Realtor.com we can post your tour automatically, provided you have an active MLS number. Realtor.com Showcase members post for free. Non-members can have their tour posted for $25.00.
Q Is there an additional charge for the setup of real estate tour template/skins by your logo staff?
A No. We provide a customer banner, logo, and photo where needed. We can change the skin color and text colors if you like.
Q If I change my company or contact info, do I have to recreate my tours?
A No. If you change your contact information, you simply let us know and we’ll update the changes in your online profile. All your tours will automatically update and the existing links to he tours will remain the same.
Q How about social networks like Facebook,Twitter,LinkedIn and MySpace?
A With our exclusive “Share with a Friend” feature you can post your tour to dozens of social media networks with the click of a mouse.
Q How can I order a tour and how quickly will it be on line?
A Order by a phone call, email, text or completing a short form. Tours are posted the next business day.
